RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we have had to tighten our Returns Policy in store, with now only offering an Exchange only Policy and no money back returns, with a few exemptions. Please speak to a member of the Aarons Pets Team if you are unsure.

This does not effect your statutory rights and we thank you in advance of your understanding.

COLLARS & LEADS If you buy the wrong size and the Tags have been left on, we will happily exchange for the correct size. When you purchase a Collar or Lead you will be reminded to keep the tag on, when trying it on your dog at home for size, to save any hassle if you do need to Exchange it.

Unfortunately if you have Removed the Tag we can not exchange the item.

DOG HARNESSES - If we fit - There are No Returns or Exchanges if we fit the harness to your dog in store. Our staff are all trained in fitting and you will be asked if you are happy before you leave the store. This does not effect your statutory rights and we thank you in advance for your understanding.

DOG HARNESSES - If we didn`t fit - You are welcome to exchange your dog harness for the correct size providing all the tags are still attached and the packaging is all complete. We do not offer money back returns, you can exchange for other items across the store if that is preferable.

 

DOG COATS - If we fit - There are No Returns or Exchanges if we fit the Dog Coat to your dog in store and you will be asked if you are happy before you leave the store. This does not effect your statutory rights and we thank you in advance for your understanding.

DOG COATS - If we didn`t fit - You are welcome to exchange your dog coat for the correct size providing all the Tags are still Attached and packaging is complete. We do not offer money back returns, you are welcome to exchange your dog coat for the correct size or other items in the store if that is preferable to you.

DRONTAL, FRONTLINE & MEDICAL PRODUCTS - There are No Returns or Exchanges on any of these products, please check before you purchase that you are buying the correct item you require for your animal.

GROOMING - BRUSHES & COMBS - We Cannot Return any Grooming equipment for hygiene reasons, this does not effect your statutory rights. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

DOG TOYS - We do NOT Return or Exchange any dog toy unless there is a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing Faults do not include the dog chewing up the toy, the dog breaking the stitching, the dog damaging the toy in any way. No Toy is indestructible, it is designed to be chewed and yes destroyed, because your dog is having fun!

Please be aware `Faulty` is not any of the reasons listed below:

* The Dog has Chewed it

* The Dog doesn`t like it

* The Dog won`t play with it

* The Dog ripped it apart

* The Dog doesn`t suit it

We will assess any item when it is returned. General Wear and Tear is also not covered.

PET CARRIERS & DOG CRATES - There are No Returns or Exchanges on these items due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons. Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct size for the animal the item is intended for, before you leave the shop. Please ask a member of the Aarons Pets Team should you require any help or advice.
