OUR STORY

Established in 1993 Aaron`s Pets is your friendly local independent, Pet Shop that is proudly owned by Martin Young. Originally opened in Clevedon in 1993 and has been trading in Nailsea since 2000. Here we continue to pride ourselves on providing for the animal community by stocking an extensive range of carefully selected pet products, which includes our very own brand label `Privilege` comprising of Natural Treats, alongside both Grain Free & Premium Foods that are produced here in the UK. We also offer an extensive and exciting range of delicious Natural Chews and Treats, something to suit even the fussiest of dogs.
We are also able to offer many other areas of pet supplies in store which is why we are truly honoured to of been able to help satisfy thousands of dogs, cats, small animals, wild birds, along with all their owners, over the years, enabling us here at Aarons Pets to love nothing more than being able to build good customer relations and to maintain these relationships like we have done over the past Three Decades. As always we are always willing to listen to our lovely customers by expanding our ranges to keep up with current consumer demands, so if there is something we don`t already stock, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Our Team of highly experienced, dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available to answer any questions that you may have about your pets, from offering free advice on Nutrition, feeding a Raw Diet, Fleas & Worms, Medical Treatments, fitting dog coats or purchasing a new harness, to weighing your dog on our instore scales or simply helping you select a gift for your amazing pet. Our friendly Team of devoted staff, with well over 80 Years experience between us, we offer a dedicated and personal service, simply because we care. Nutritionally trained in Raw Feeding Natures Menu & Cotswold, our own Label feeds, Canagan, James Wellbeloved and Royal Canin to name a few. Feel free to ask us any Questions........we really wouldn`t mind!

Martin has been in the Pet Trade for well over 35 Years, having worked before owning `Aarons Pets` in Agricultural Sales, so has a great product knowledge and understanding of the Pet Industry. He is often available in store, to answer any questions that you may have and can nearly always be found with his beloved Spaniel `Chester` the Shop Dog.
STORE MANAGER
Kerry has worked in the Pet Retail Trade since 1994 and joined the Aarons Pets Team in 2015. With a great range of pet knowledge and extensive product understanding, along with many years of retail experience she can be found in store to answer any questions you may have about your pets and our products.

STORE ASSISTANT
Anne joined the Aarons Pets Team in 2010 and has great knowledge and understanding of the products we stock and can be found in store to help with any questions you may have.
FIONA
STORE ASSISTANT
Fiona joined Aarons Pets in 2016 and works part time. She has a great product knowledge and is always happy to assist or answer any questions you may have.
